McBride Pathways for Veterans
McBride Pathways for Veterans is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our mission is to provide the guidance, resources, and support veterans need to secure stable housing and achieve long-term independence.
We are preparing to offer comprehensive case management, housing assistance, and supportive programs through the VA’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program and other veteran-focused initiatives, contingent upon funding availability. Our team plans to work closely with each veteran to develop individualized service plans that may include housing placement support, benefits navigation, employment resources, and life skills development to help maintain permanent housing.
Some veterans may reside in shared housing units operated by McBride Supportive Living, LLC, which leases and manages the property. McBride Pathways for Veterans plans to deliver supportive services separately through proposed SSVF funding. Participation in supportive programs does not require residency in these units, and housing placement is based on availability and eligibility.
We coordinate with community organizations and referral partners, including Talbert House, Joseph House, and Goodwill, to support access to behavioral health services, employment training, and community resources. These collaborations position us to offer a coordinated network of support as programs are implemented.
Whether a veteran resides onsite or receives services offsite, McBride Pathways for Veterans is committed to promoting housing stability, independence, and stronger community connections. We welcome veterans, families, and referral partners to learn more about our planned programs and how we aim to support the path to permanent housing.
